1. Headline
You literally have seconds to capture a readers attention. This should grab the reader and say "Hey, you really need to look at the rest of this!" Sometimes a great headline can stand on it's own by grabbing attention and conveying benefit. Other times a killer sub-headline can really bring it home.2. Persuasive Copy
Not a lot! Just enough to get them interested and lead them to your call to action. This is your sales pitch. Why do they need or want what you have?3. Testimonials
People love to hear that you have done good by someone else. Opinions or results of others can be the most persuasive copy you can include.4. Call to Action
Never assume that your message will inspire a customer to act. Tell them what you want them to do. Give them clear and specific instructions as to what the next step should be and why.5. Image
These can literally be worth 1,000 words. I work for a boat company - and sometimes the best way to sell our product is a statement picture of one of our boats. What better way to say what we have and what we do, then show it? Plus, it help people become familiar with the product.6. Contact Information
You've told them what they need and what you want them to do, now finish it with how. Make it REALLY easy for them to get in touch with you. Phone and website are most common. Some use QR codes that can be scanned with smart phones. But others would argue that not only are they not appealing to the eye, but they are not effective.Cheers!
