Employee or Client Appreciation Ideas for April

Finding things to do in Portland for an employee outing or client appreciation may be challenging with the unpredictable weather in Portland.  But here are some ideas!

1.  Cooking Classes:
In Good Taste private hands-on cooking classes are always a memorable culinary experience and the perfect choice for corporate team-building events.

2.  Portland Timbers Game:
Yes, it's outside....but this is one of those activities that is unbeatable rain or shine!

3. Volunteer:
The Oregon Humane Society provides groups of 10-30 a rewarding volunteer opportunity.  Visits are  3-4 hours long and being with a 45 minute training/tour that includes information on the shelter and activities.  After training, the volunteer session includes 2-3 hours of work on their dog walk path and grounds.   Work may include loading, hauling and spreading bark chips, pruning, planting, weeding or debris removal.  What a great way to give back to the community and bond!

Special Event: Eat Mobile
Part food festival, part cart competition, Eat Mobile which takes place in the OMSI parking lot showcases cuisine from 50 of Portland's favorite food carts - all in one place!
April 27, 5:30-9pm - $20 per person
