Friday Quote - Networking for Work

May is relationship building month here at Crafty.  We spent the whole week sharing tips on how to make new connections and the first couple of step when you make those new connections.  Next week we will take a step further and help with the communication after the fact.  

When I graduated from college, degree in hand, I had no idea how tough it would be to find a job.  Everyone always says, "Go to school, get an education and it will help you land your  dream job."  No one said how hard it would be.  I quickly realized it was all about who you know.  I read a really great quote during that process that sticks with me to this day.

"The richest people in the world look for and build networks, everyone else looks for work." - Robert Kiyosaki.
