3 Steps to Building Brand Loyalty
In an article from inc.com they sight connection with customers, anticipating needs and consistently delivering on quality as the three main drivers in creating loyalty for your brand. They all seem like a no brainer, but as we go through our work day and get into a routine I bet some of these things start to get missed.
When I was working in sales, both inside and outside, I would have to take a step back from my usual script to refresh and make sure I was hitting all the right notes. I would start to say the same thing every time someone asked me the question, regardless of who it is. Even I would start to get bored with what I was saying, I can only imagine when the person on the other end of the phone was thinking. I would have to remind myself to ask more questions, connect with them on some level to find out what they were looking for and more importantly make sure I was "selling the dream" I called it.
I am sure it wouldn't hurt any of us to hit the "refresh" button every six months or so!
